After completing the required course sessions, students will enter a structured progression stage:

• Evaluation will be based on overall performance, including: 考核将综合评估以下方面：

  • Work quality｜作品质量
  • Client experience｜客户体验
  • Professional attitude｜职业素养

Stage 2: Visiting Guest Artist (3 months)

阶段二：客座艺术家（3个月）

• Upon completing the evaluation period, students may transition into a Visiting Guest Artist role 完成考察期后，学生可进入客座艺术家阶段
• Duration: 3 months 时长：3个月
• Revenue split: 分成比例：Artist 70% / Studio 30%艺术家70% / 工作室30%

Stage 3: Resident Artist Opportunity

阶段三：驻场艺术家

• Based on continued development in both work quality and client demand 根据作品质量及客量的持续表现评估
• Students may be invited to become a Resident Artist with a formal contract 可签约成为驻场艺术家
• Enter a long-term collaboration with the studio 与工作室建立长期合作关系
